Privacy Policy

1What we collect

• Names and birth dates you type, only to calculate your result.
• Photos you upload for coffee cup or palm readings on the site, or send in the chat for a private reading.
• Your messages in the internal chat, if you choose to contact us.
• Basic technical details (device type and language) to improve the site and prevent abuse.

2Your photos

Coffee cup and palm photos on the site (instant readings) are deleted right after the reading.

Photos you send in the chat for a private reading are kept until we read them and reply (usually one to two days), then deleted.

We never use your photos to train any system and never share them with anyone.

3How we use your data

• To show your reading and results.
• To apply the monthly free-reading limit.
• To detect business use or reselling, which the terms forbid.
• To reply to your chat messages.
• To arrange a paid private reading in the chat if you ask for one.

4What we never do

• We never sell your data.
• We never send you advertising without your consent.
• We never ask for more information than a reading needs.
• We never ask for passwords or your full bank card details.

5Internal chat

We keep chat messages so we can reply to you, and only the site’s management can see them. Never write passwords, card numbers or sensitive information in the chat.

6Cookies

We use small browser files to remember your language, settings and monthly reading limit. You can delete them from your browser settings at any time.

7Your rights

You can ask us to delete your messages and all your data at any time through the internal chat, and we will do it promptly.

8Children

We do not knowingly collect children’s data, and we advise young users to use the site with their parents’ knowledge.

9Changes

We may update this policy and show the date of the last update at the bottom of the page.
