Terms of Use

1Accepting these terms

By using Falak, in any language and on any device, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

2Nature of the service

No reading on this site outweighs the will of the Creator, so do not take any of it as medical or legal advice.

Readings and results (coffee cup, palm, tarot, horoscopes, numerology, sand and cowrie shells, and the daily pages) are also not financial or psychological advice and must not be relied on for life-changing decisions.

3Personal use only

The site is strictly for personal use. Each account or session belongs to one person, and readings are for that person alone.

4What is not allowed

Running a business on the site or reselling its results is strictly forbidden under any circumstances.

• Reselling readings or results, in whole or in part, or giving them to others for money, gifts or anything else in return.
• Using the site to give readings to clients or followers, online, in person or on social media.
• Copying the site’s content, images, designs or reading texts and publishing them under another name.
• Using software or automated tools to scrape results or send repeated requests.
• Uploading photos that are not yours, or inappropriate photos, to the coffee cup and palm services.

5Bans

Falak may suspend or permanently ban a user without prior notice in these cases:

• Repeatedly entering more than one name, age or birth date in a way that shows the site is being used for other people or for business. This does not include the compatibility page, which asks for two names by design.
• Proof of reselling results or running a business on the site.
• Rude or abusive behavior in the internal chat.
• Breaking any other part of these terms.

6Free and paid

• Every Falak tool and page is completely free, with no sign-up and no payment.
• The only paid service is a private reading (coffee cup or palm) inside the internal chat, and it is entirely optional.
• We tell you the price and payment method for a private reading only inside the chat, before we start, and we only begin once you agree.
• Paid private readings are for people aged 18 or over only.
• Anyone who asks you for money in Falak’s name outside the chat, or through any other channel, is a scammer and not us.
• The coffee cup and palm readings are available once a month per user.

7Photos

Photos for instant readings on the coffee cup and palm pages are deleted right after the reading. Photos sent in the chat for a private reading are kept until we reply, then deleted. We never share your photos with anyone. See the privacy policy for details.

8Languages

The site is available in several languages.

9Intellectual property

All designs, logos, images and reading texts belong to Falak and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and show the date of the last update at the bottom of the page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

11Contact

Falak can only be contacted through the internal chat on the site (the “Contact us” button), after accepting the chat rules. We have no phone number or other account for contact.
